In the hopes of not only recognizing the achievements of our members, but also keeping better track of said achievements within our membership in order to better serve our clients, we have developed a ranking structure which will indeed serve to better categorize our members according to their levels of training and skills. In addition we also hope that this new rank structure will encourage our members to seek further education in the field of Crisis, disaster and trauma Spiritual Care. FIELD OPERATIVE 
Successful Completion of the US-NYSCTF Community Crisis Chaplaincy Program (CLICK HERE FOR TRAINING)

What you receive:
Certificate.
Membership ID card (good for 1 year).
Shield*
Full US-NYSCTF membership status and privileges.

FIRST RESPONDER CHAPLAIN
A) Successful Completion of the US-NYSCTF Community Crisis Chaplaincy Program (CLICK HERE FOR TRAINING)

B) Successful Completion of the Crisis, Trauma and First Response Certificate Program (CLICK HERE FOR TRAINING)

What you receive:
Certificate of Promotion to "First Responder Chaplain".
"First Responder" printed on your ID card.
Full US-NYSCTF membership status and privileges.

CERTIFIED CRISIS CHAPLAIN (CCC)
A) Successful Completion of US-NYSCTF Community Crisis Chaplaincy Program (CLICK HERE FOR TRAINING)

B) Successful Completion of the Crisis, Trauma and First Response Certificate Program (CLICK HERE FOR TRAINING)

C) Successful Completion of One Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) Unit
(CLICK HERE FOR CPE TRAINING)

What you receive:
Certificate of Promotion to "Certified Crisis Chaplain".
"CERTIFIED" printed on your ID card.
Authorization to add the letters CCC after your name which represents your Certified Crisis Chaplain status within all professional spiritual care networks (e.g. John Doe, CCC).
Full US-NYSCTF membership status and privileges.

BOARD CERTIFIED CRISIS CHAPLAIN (BCCC)
A) Successful Completion of US-NYSCTF Community Crisis Chaplaincy Program (CLICK HERE FOR TRAINING) 

B) Successful Completion of the Crisis, Trauma and First Response Certificate Program (CLICK HERE FOR TRAINING)

C) Board Certification from a Recognized Professional Chaplaincy Organization such as:

- American Correctional Chaplains Association 

- Association of Certified Christian Chaplains 

- Association of Professional Chaplains

- Canadian Association for Spiritual Care 

- Center for Spiritual Care & Pastoral Formation 

- College of Pastoral Supervision and Psychotherapy

- Healthcare Chaplains Ministry Association 

- International Association of Christian Chaplains 

- National Association of Catholic Chaplains 

- National Association of Veteran Affairs Chaplains 

- National Conference of Veterans Affairs Catholic Chaplains 

- Neshama: Association of Jewish Chaplains 

- National Institute of Business and Industrial Chaplains
